Hello and welcome

My name is Dianne, and I thank you for taking the time to visit my website.

Life can be difficult at times, with challenges that impact us in different ways, including this current pandemic situation.
I can offer you a warm, safe, non-judgemental and confidential space, where you will be free to share any issues, current or past, that are impacting you. These issues may include grief, depression, isolation, trauma from abuse or disaster and divorce, to name a few.
Having someone safe to share life’s difficulties with can be a healing journey in itself. However, from time to time, I may offer suggestions, techniques and tools that can bring relief. This can also enable you to process any intrusive thoughts or feelings.
I am a Member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (MBACP). I adhere to their ethical framework of practice and disciplinary code of conduct, which you can access here:
https://www.bacp.co.uk
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time, which we can review at intervals.

I wasnt sure about therapy at first and didnt like the idea of sitting in a chair talking about my feelings. I was interested in the walk and talk therapy and thought that would be right up my street. And it was, i felt so much more comfortable walking and talking. I have had 10 sessions now and feel like a different person.
